WHEN:   Thursday, November 5 at 7:00 p.m. through Sunday, November 8 noon

COST:    $100 deposit by October 15, 2015 payable by money order or credit/debit card - call 612-272-3977 to process it or use Paypal on this website; $650 (including deposit) to be paid in full by November 1, 2015.  Cost includes three nights lodging;  breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday; and breakfast and lunch Sunday; healing teas and aromatherapy; and one half hour healing session with a practitioner. 

WHERE:   Cove Point Lodge near Beaver Bay, MN - Voted Best Lodging and Staff by Lake Superior Magazine! Situated on a secluded 150-acre preserve and cove where, it has been told, indigenous gatherings were held from ancient times, and each Scandinavian-style cottage or lodge room has a view of the big waters.  It sits on the Superior Hiking Trail and is close to Split Rock Lighthouse.  For more information and directions, check out their website:  www.covepointlodge.com 

WHAT TO EXPECT:   Retreat will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday evening with Welcome and Orientation, proceeding through Opening Meditations.  Friday will move grief through the four directions of the Sacred Wheel, ending with a Sacred Fire Ceremony in the evening next to the water.  Saturday will be a day of nurturing around the wheel, including a half-hour healing session for each participant from one of four healing practitioners.  Participants will also be nurtured by three excellent meals each day plus the support of herbal teas and essential oils specially created for grief-healing.  

WHAT TO BRING:  Warm clothing/jacket for potentially windy, cold weather; layers for possible warm days; comfortable clothing for indoor meditations and artwork; personal supplies; art supplies:  including watercolors or acrylic paints;  large 12 X 18 watercolor pages;  large paintbrushes for painting large areas quickly; and several fine-tipped color markers in favorite colors; other favorite decorating items, such as glitter paint or stickers..E-mail me at  healing@sacredwheelcenter.com  if you have questions
