WHAT: 3 nights/3 days of shamanic grief-healing support through reflections, guided meditations, sacred art, time on the land and a free nurturing session by one of four healing practitioners.

COSTS: $625 per person which includes double-occupancy lodging, 3 chef-created meals* and 2 snacks per day, all scheduled activities and ranch space, a special fun and enjoyable jazz piano concert, and a free healing session with one of four healing practitioners. *Let us know if you have food allergies or food intolerances.

DESCRIPTION: The retreat begins Thursday evening at 7 pm and runs until Sunday noon with lectures, meditations, journaling, sacred ceremony, small circle sharing and creation of sacred art. The process each day takes participants around the four directions of the Sacred Wheel, an ancient tool for self-discovery and balance. Day 2 includes deep personal and group healing work around the wheel and ends with a Sacred Fire Ceremony and the offering of individual sacred bundles containing symbols of what is being transformed. Participants will celebrate their healing movement around the Fire in Transformation Theater and after release allow the Fire to speak to them in silence. Drums will pick up the heartbeat of gratitude. Day 3 brings in local healing practitioners to offer group healing and nurture, as well as free individual sessions. A retreat highlight will be a unique experience of the Wind through the jazz sound of of Chuck Ceraso at the piano for a concert on Saturday night! The concert will be open to the public with a suggested donation per person of $15.
NOTE ABOUT LODGING AND MEALS: Rooms are double-occupancy. Singles are available on a very limited basis - contact Sunrise Ranch if a single is necessary. There are three meals a day plus 2 snacks - and each meal is chef-created. Sunrise meals have a very high standard and reputation! If there are special dietary restrictions, please mention that when you register.
