HEALING THE HEART AROUND THE SACRED WHEEL - AUGUST 20-23, 2017

Are you feeling stuck in life after loss(es)?  Do you feel the beauty is gone?  Are you frustrated with the pain in your heart that never ceases? There are many of us who tend to hold grief energies tightly and deeply in our hearts to try to keep the pain at bay. But the energies surrounding loss and change WANT to shift and move in freedom so as to release what no longer serves us and to help us shift into a new way of being and seeing.        

This 3-day/3-night grief-healing retreat begins noon on Sunday, August 20 and runs through Tuesday evening, August 22 with overnight departures on Wednesday morning, August 23, at the Mount Olivet Conference and Retreat Center in Farmington, MN, just outside the Twin Cities MN metro area. Participants can expect to move through shamanic teachings and visualizations to discover the grief they may be holding in ways and places they may not be aware of.  Using the ancient shamanic tool of the sacred wheel, participants will move through each of the four directions and four elements to uncover the positive and negative grief energies creating the burden on the heart - energies and messages held in the body, the emotions and our dreams, our spiritual connections and our minds/thoughts.  Each participant will capture their insights and healing in sacred art (NO ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY) along the way, and will have the luxury of a personal healing session from a local healing practitioner working in a specialized modality for support.

Cost: $1245 for overnight participants - $100 deposit before Friday, 8/18/17
           $850 for commuters         

Cost includes retreat leadership/activities/supplies and meeting room; 3 meals/day; unlimited cofffee/tea 24/7; and hiking trails, meditation spots, labyrinth and many other nurturing amenities on the grounds.
